The Fair Play Project A 72-acre undeveloped parcel of land including 22 acres of natural woods in Circleville, Ohio, will become the first ever city-owned park. It is being developed with the sole purpose of providing a space for all people, regardless of age and ability, to enjoy the needed experience of leisure and outdoor play. Two Boundless Playgrounds, one for ages 5 and under, and one for ages 6 and up, will be built during phase one construction, which also includes connecting walkways and shelter. An Amphitheater, Splash Pad, natural wetlands with observation deck, environment education areas, outdoor ice rink, paved walking paths, Dog Park, and community building are part of future plans for the Fair Play Project.
